"Well, hello old friend!" I thought when I finally spotted the Orange Tang at the grocery store. I didn't recognize it in it's tamper-resistant packaging and sporting a modern design right there next to Crystal Light and Country Time Lemonade. "It's been nearly 30 years since I've seen you."
This recipe is from Aunt Martha. Russian Tea Mix was a staple when I was growing up. I remember drinking it all the time at home. It's as great as I remember!
The recipe:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Use 2 heaping teaspoons to 1 cup boiling water. Makes 10 servings.
*Instant tea is iced tea mix without sweetener or lemon.
I made enough to fill a glass jar to have on hand just like the old days!
