Glazed Pork Chops

I mostly followed this recipe as written for dinner last night. I had four pork chops. I used whole wheat flour and S&P to coat. I had to find out what Accent was; sounds like it's not used much these days, but wouldn't be missed in this recipe.

This was delicious, better than I expected. The sauce was wonderful, and I was glad I had leftover mashed potatoes to have with it.
