Tasty Chicken Drummies


I assumed "drummies" were drumsticks. I hope I was right because they were delicious and so simple: Coat drumstick in corn flake crumbles, put in a greased pan, cover with French dressing, bake about 35 minutes at 350.

I turned them once while they were cooking and could tell that they would have a nice sauce. So I recommend them on top of rice. What I had on hand was the little pasta that's about the size of rice. I think it was orzo, not couscous.
