Oh, my! This recipe of Aunt Martha's is good! Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups cream for whipping. Whip it until it's whipped cream. Then add 1/2 t brandy extract and 1 t vanilla. I initially used this in a mug of hot chocolate. The rest will be used to top the assorted leftover cakes and pies we have.

Brandy Whip
