Lunch today is from a recipe provided by Aunt Velma.
Cook 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets until tender crisp; drain off water. In saucepan, cook 2 packages pork flavor ramen noodles according to package directions. When noodles are cooked, drain off most liquid and add the seasoning. I put in 1 of the 2 seasoning packets. Stir a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk into the noodles. Add broccoli and 1 1/2 cup diced cooked ham. Heat through, stirring often. EAT!
I left out the cherry tomatoes. There was also an option to sprinkle with grated cheese, but I decided to let the full flavor of the broccoli shine through.
