
This recipe is a list of ingredients with the simple instruction to "Mix all ingredients and chill." I have the hang of these Asian-inspired salads by now, and they are always good.
I combined a bag of mixed lettuce, cabbage, some chopped red and orange peppers, chopped cucumber and celery, crumbled Ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and sliced almonds.
Separately I made a dressing of the Ramen seasoning mix, 2 T rice vinegar, 3 T honey and 1/2 cup salad oil.
Then I combined the two and chilled. This recipe is from Shirley Gipson.
