This recipe is from Velma Guffey. This salad makes a nice lunch on its own.
- 1 lb package of frozen french fries
- 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 2-3 dashes tabasco sauce
