Biscuits in a muffin tin. It doesn't get much better than this. These were easy and fast to make and cooked quickly - eleven minutes for me. This recipe made a dozen large muffins/biscuits.
I didn't need to add the unknown quantity of salad oil, so I assume it could be used instead of the melted shortening, which means all the ingredients would be in most pantries.
