Salad Parmesan

This salad was so good. I keep looking over the ingregients to see why. I still don't know. But it was great.

I mixed a tiny bit of crushed garlic, table salt, ground pepper, dry mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, and real grated Parmesan cheese in a salad bowl.

I put a bag of mixed greens on top.

I put my extra 'sprinkle' of Parmesan on top now, too, to be done with it.

Then I covered and refrigerated for a couple hours. I tossed it right before serving. AMAZING!
